Rob Krajecki was instrumental in getting us into the home of our dreams and ensuring that our first offer was the only offer that we needed to make. He always addressed our concerns, scouted out the best properties, kept us updated throughout the process, and never made us feel like we were being a nuisance. Time is of the essence in this market, but Rob always made himself available to tour houses. My husband and I worked with Chuck Gullett for our recent West Loop home purchase and truly I don't know how to put into words how wonderful our experience was. Knowledgeable - check. Professional - check. Accessible - check. Willing to walk through a million hypothetical scenarios to ease our minds as new homeowners - CHECK. My husband and I are fairly picky and we never once felt like Chuck was pushing or putting undue pressure on us, and at the same time he was great at educating us about the market and he provided excellent guidance with putting together competitive offers that never felt unnecessarily high. Another thing that really stood out to us is the way that he was always quick to point out the possible issues/flaws about a property. He was very up front about his knowledge of building issues and he knows the neighborhoods in West Loop incredibly well so he was such a great resource for us in that regard. We can't say enough good things about Chuck, he really is the best and we will certainly work with him again (in 10-15 years, haha).
